Horse in Chakwal Gets Buried with Social Rituals

You read it right, it is not a clickbait. Muslims in Chakwal District of Punjab buried_a horse following the Islamic rituals. The horse named Zuljanah died in Chakwal that was given a purely religious burial_ceremony. Burial ceremony was attended by hundreds of people across district. Horse was given the final bath, and body was wrapped in a cloth with Islamic verses written on it.

Zuljanah, the actual horse, was the horse of Husayn ibn Ali. Dhuljanah was a very important character in Karbala. It is given a significant importance by a sect of Muslims. Many Muslims across social media criticized this event, and it raised a debate over the event across social media platforms.
